Hi all. A friend just sent this question to me - I probably should get more
background, such as what kind of computer and what kind of memory and so
forth, but in case this is an easy one for someone, the question is:
"After adding more memory to my computer, I now have the selected options
of drop-down menus remaining like ghosts on my monitor screen. They do
disappear after I make my next selection. Have you seen this type of thing
before?"
