Making backups a disaster recovery easier seems like something Helpnet should explore. As you point out, there are liability issues to deal with, but maybe there's away to pool resources, especially for small, cash-strapped groups. Perhaps this could be a subject of a spring meeting, combined with a tutorial on the Windows 200/XP backup programs.
