Like Jon, the problem I have run into with hyperlink windows not coming to
the front is not because of single or double clicks on the task bar. In
fact, this problem occurs without having to do anything with the taskbar at
all. When you click on a link, the website window should automatically open
in front. Yesterday this was consistently not happening. Of course, today
it's working just fine! Both this problem and the flashing problem, which I
have also had, are intermittent.
