Unless someone actually says that the plain text works better for them, I do
find it much more pleasant to read something that has a little formatting -
but my solution which I posted earlier would address Steve's concern about a
possible problem for someone who might not "vote" while still allowing the
nicer format. Anyone who wishes can simply ignore the attachment and go
straight to the text.

All newsletters thus far have been readable and useful, but my vote for
