Unless someone actually says that the plain text works better for them, I do find it much more pleasant to read something that has a little formatting - but my solution which I posted earlier would address Steve's concern about a possible problem for someone who might not "vote" while still allowing the nicer format. Anyone who wishes can simply ignore the attachment and go straight to the text.
