yes, thanks for that. it's a good read with good insights on many
aspects of why slower execution can be better.
However, Moore's law isn't working as well as it did.
Better ability to support concurrency without tears might well be a
disruptive technology that works slowly on a uni-processor but achieves
advantage on upcoming hardware architectures.
