--- Comment #28 from Jan Pazdziora <[email protected]> --- There currently does not seem to be a fix for the spacing issue with OpenType Bitmap fonts. So even if the font maintainers wanted to provide the OTB format in their packages, the result will be broken for some of them. Therefore I'd also prefer moving this bugzilla back to pango and reverting Pango to the older version in Fedora 31. That way users don't have to workaround with things like dnf downgrade -y https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/pango/1.43.0/4.fc30/x86_64/pango-1.43.0-4.fc30.x86_64.rpm echo exclude=pango >> /etc/dnf/dnf.conf Since the spacing issue of OTB fonts is also present with pango-1.43.0-4.fc30.x86_64, it will give reasonable platform for coming up with proper and tested solution, hopefully for Fedora 32 or earlier. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug. _______________________________________________ fonts-bugs mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/[email protected]
