I think currently that is the best option/answer (not that we want to privilege 'en' particularly... basically for all major European languages/scripts I believe we default to dejavu). We can think about a better/more correct answer for F33 perhaps, but it is tricky. In terms of orthography English is really the lowest common denominator I think.
