Their repertoire is limited to the Latin script.

Charles Bigelow, who has kindly donated these fonts, is a typographer
who specialises in the Latin script.

The number of inhabitants of Holy Russia is irrelevant.  It's the
availability of fonts that counts.  I too would be glad to see quality
Cyrillic (or Greek, or Arabic, or Tifinagh) fonts included in XFree86,
and I would encourage you to try to get in touch with typographers
that would be willing to donate such fonts.
