Bookmarks

Hi,

I noticed that the "PropertyMapping" files have been deleted in the new
Release (I have FOP 0.20.1 dated 08/20/01 03:00 am version). As a result
the bookmarks feature of the PDF is missing.

I would appreciate if you somebody could take a look at
that.
