Is there anyway to get a table header to print differently after the first time/page? Namely I want to reprint the title above a particular table everytime the page breaks, but I want to add '(Con't)' to the end of the title. I'm already using a page header and then a table header within that. These blocks are sub-tables with their own headers within that master table.
