You don't have to establish the SSH connection everytime you do a CVS
operation. It's speedier.

Usually, you should use the "Submitted by:" prefix when you apply a
patch form a developer.

I usually do, but use the XML one. I'd appreciate if everyone did. Not
necessarily every little change but the important ones.
