Hi,

I think you are out of luck with the old 0.20.5 version of FOP. Try the 
newer 0.92 version. It has support for some more of the relevant 
properties.

I have attached a sample PDF generated from one of our test cases 
produced with FOP 0.9x. Is this something similar to what you are 
after?
