Many thanks for reporting the problem.
>From what I can see this doesn't look to be a problem with the Aria Font. As
the exception suggests, it looks like a text block in your body region is
exceeding 253 characters and this is somehow causing the AFP renderer some
problems...
Could you possibly attach your FO input file and I will take a look at this?
