Hi, I partially agree, but...: - both releases (0.94: 2007, 0.95: 2008) are posterior to REC 1.1 (2006); - both releases implement some REC 1.1 new features (Cf. bookmarks).
I can revert the change, but that will not reflect the above things, IMHO.
