Hi Lars, You'll need to create an account first at https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/createaccount.cgi. Then submit a bug report as I described in my last email. You will see that there is an option to attach a file to bug report. If you are on Windows you can create a patch file easily using TortoiseSVN, on Unix go to your top level FOP folder and use the diff command. There are lots of guides on the internet instructing you how to create patch files, if you're comfortable with subversion I'm sure you'll figure it out :-)
