I'm rendering a PDF using the following code:

ByteArrayOutputStream
out = new ByteArrayOutputStream();

SAXResult(fop.getDefaultHandler());
transformer.transform(xmlSource, res);
httpResponse.setContentType("application/pdf");
httpResponse.setContentLength(out.size());

This is working fine in Firefox. But in IE 7 the pdf does not get
rendered. I read somewhere that adding ext=.pdf to the URL might work.
Well it's working, but I have to refresh the page before it appears in
IE. Is there a way to make the pdf appear automatically in IE without
having to refresh the page?
