Output to PDF using FOPServlet

Just got a download of FOP . Nothing has ever worked for me in a dya amazing
I got throu the set up all command line fop worked very well . I test the
FOP servlet and running it I get the following logged !

My PDF output was very vague to ( Not sure whether it relates to this error
