Ok.. But then I have to set these attributes for each cell in each row? There is now way to set the border on the entire row at once?
Yes, setting border properties on a row is not implemented, one reason being a pending clarification of the spec.
You have to set the border attributes on each cell, and shift any margins and padding cells might have to the blocks within the cells.
