That's probably coming from the AWT implementation. It's not from FOP. Sounds like Apple's still not really there, yet. With the JDK, I mean.

Any improvements if you remove the DTD reference?
...it works! (without the DTD reference, I mean)... Any ideas on what *I* can do to fix this (besides: removing the DTD reference and/or hammering Apple about their bug ;-)...
