Many thanks to Robert P. J. Day for his persistence in bringing the needed changes to light. The substance of his efforts here was outstanding, and he has made a valuable contribution to the project. Many thanks also to Jeremias Maerki for actually developing the answers. There may very well still be errors or omissions.
