Hello, i noticed that in FOP 0.20.5, a change has been incorporated in TXTRenderer..
Generated text is written in UTF-8 encoding instead of ISO-8859-1, is mentioned in documents. why has this been done ? is there any other improvement done in TXTRenderer of FOP 0.20.5 over FOP 0.20.4 other than changing the encoding of generated text ?
