I tried these examples, but non of them opened up the URL as specified
(although no warning has been printed during rendering):
Hotspot calculation is unfortunately often a bit off in nested
lists and tables. Check whether this causes your problem.
There are a few other problems which could it make difficult
for Acrobat Reader to recognize links to external content
properly, check the list archives for specific comments.
