Not sure what you mean by this (please explain). I assume you already know that &#160; is merely what I've been using to take the place of a non-breaking space (&nbsp;).

Because you are only adding whitespace in between, I guess you could as well
use fo:leader, and gathering from my experiences today (--the version _with_
the wasted resources worked anyway :s don't know where I got the idea...) it
would indeed seem more 'proper'.

I'm glad you think it's proper. While that is important to me, I also wonder whether or not it would be more efficient than my current system of including fo:inline. I guess I could just run some tests. ;-p Thanks again for the feedback!
