Thanks for posting the example. That's usually very important to be able
to reproduce a particular problem. I've looked into it and it seems that
the surrounding block-container has somehow got something to do with
this. If I remove it, the headers appear ok. You can use this info as a
work-around for now. I'll condense your example into a testcase so the
defect is documented and can be fixed as soon as possible.
