Yes there's tables, and no, no explicit keeps set.
After much experimentation, it was the following line from my DocBook
stylesheet which seems to cause the problem:
<xsl:param name="title.margin.left">0pt</xsl:param>
This sets titles to be flush with body text. Setting the value to -3pt or
less didn't cause an error. -2pt or more does. I have no idea why,
especially as this was not a problem before (we've been using the same
setting for months now).
