Hello, thanks for the tip - this is what I suspected at first but then
thought it couldn't be since this wouldn't be "proper" behavior by FOP ...
or is it??

Anyway, it does work now after I went through and changed it from the
default namespace to an explicit one as you suggested.  Thanks again.
