Unfortunately, we don't have a timeline for this :(
(read: we're all volunteers, so it depends on whether any of us have
the time and motivation)
OTOH, if you have Subversion and Ant at your disposal, then it is a
piece of cake to build, though...
1) checkout the trunk from the repository
2) navigate to FOP's root directory, and type 'ant' ('ant package' to
save some time and only build the fop.jar).
That's all there is to it.
