Hmm, it was a problem with the PSRenderer. It didn't generate the right setpagedevice command when auto-rotate-landscape is true. Sorry for the trouble. It is fixed now in SVN (Trunk): http://svn.apache.org/viewvc?view=rev&rev=520797
