I am have the following:

padding-top="{$banner_height}mm">

scaling="uniform"
src="{$logo}"
content-height="{$banner_height}mm"
content-width="60mm" />
</fo:basic-link>
</fo:block>
Where $logo is set to a gif file and $banner_link is
"http://www.google.com";. The link appears only at the bottom of the
image. Is there a way I make the whole image a link?
