yes these extensions will be included in the next release of FOP,
probably 0.95. However, it is unlikely that there will be another
release for a few months yet. If you need the Postscript extensions your
best bet is to download the source code from Subversion and build FOP
yourself as Adrian already mentioned. its really very easy, after
downloading just run ant in the root directory where FOP is installed!
