wrapping issue within Tables

I am noticing that the word wrapping within a table cell is not working
as desired. I am hereby attaching a sample FO file along with the
outputs from old (0.20.5) and new FOPs (0.94). I am using fop-hyph.jar
file when rendering the file using new FOP. Are there any known issues
here?
