You should start by not letting you distract by the fact that the document has a barcode. Just look at the error message:
"Error in leader-length property value 'NaNpt'" It's talking about "leader-length" so it has something to do with fo:leader. So, look into the FO-File that is generated by your conversion from WordML to XSL-FO and search for any occurrences of fo:leader. That should help you figure out the error that is probably happening in the WordML to FO conversion. If that doesn't help, post your FO file (not the XSLT or WordML) here.
