font metrics file for MSPGothic.ttf

I'm looking for a font metrics file for MSPGothic.ttf.
I'd be very grateful if anyone has one that I could use.
 
Using another proportionate font for Japanese (IPAPGothic) showed the
characters in #; would like to test using the more common proportionate font
with its proven font metrics file.
