Running a transformation under FOP 0.95 BETA I receive the below
error.
However under FOP .094 I can produce a PDF.
Can you post (or otherwise share) the FO with us, so that we can look
into it? If you want, you can open up a Bugzilla-entry and attach the
FO there.
