Depends on what version of FOP you're using.
If you're using FOP 0.95beta, then IIRC, if you set the 'source-
resolution' (*) config option, any 'px' values in the FO source will
be converted to an absolute value (pt) using that resolution.

Note: IIC, playing with 'source-resolution' may have unwanted side-
effects for included images.
In FOP 0.94 or earlier, this option /only/ had effect for images.
Can you try and report back if this doesn't work, so we can rectify
this?
