Jeremias, I had tried this page and got the same result. Adobe "Subject" was blank.
This is why I suggested the code change. The mapping from dc:description to /Subject is the one specified in the PDF/A-1 specification (ISO 19005-1:2005, Technical Corrigendum 1).
