Yes sure, if you know how to download the FOP Source Code from Sub
version. Then you will need to apply the patch attached to bug
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=45390
and then build FOP.
The features described in the Wiki page you reference are currently only
experimental and therefore only available in patch form.
