That'll blow up on any OS and any version of FOP (or any other FO
processor). In other words, you had an XSL error rather than a FOP or OS
error.
It is a good idea to provide those details, though.
Thanks for the advice. While waiting for a response, I found out that
if I turned on -d, then i got a stack dump. Looking at it, caused me to
look more closely at the xml. I found column definition mismatches.
Once I corrected those, then it generated a pdf. Now I have to check
those data.
