Correct, but only if you use pixels as unit. Previously, it was not
possible to control the pixel-size in that case.

One sure way would be to avoid specifying padding, font-size ... in
"px", and use "pt" which is not dependent on the configuration
setting. (1pt is always 1/72inch)
