Hi, When i used <images mode="color" native="true"/> tag in the config file. I has decreased the file size from 2 MB to 500 KB which is very good. But when i tried to use it in the viewer it is gving an alert message stating that "1300: Incorrect AFPDS data was found. The data length or the data structure is incorrect." and if i click on ok in that dialog box the image is displaying good. is this some thing the viewer problem.
One more thing is when i initially send my output file to the client. i got the below response. "Please investigate specifying compressed IOCA image (for example, TIFF LZW, Image Encoding value X'0D'). " Is this something different that i have to look at? Thanks in advance.
