Hi Vincent,
Yes, I am pretty sure. This is what I get from the area tree:
<regionBody ipd="235276" bpd="364253" ipda="235276" bpda="364253" bap="0 0 0 0"
is-reference-area="true" name="xsl-region-body" ctm="[1.0 0.0 0.0 1.0 22677.0
28346.0]">
<beforeFloat/>
<mainReference ipd="0" bpd="0" bap="0 0 0 0" is-reference-area="true">
<span ipd="235276" bpd="0" ipda="235276" bap="0 0 0 0"
is-reference-area="true">
<flow ipd="235276" bpd="0" ipda="235276" bap="0 0 0 0"
is-reference-area="true">
<block ipd="235276" bpd="0" ipda="235276"
bap="0 0 0 0" prod-id="end-of-document"/>
</flow>
</span>
</mainReference>
<footnote top-offset="0"/>
</regionBody>
Looks empty and zerosized to me. Only on the wrong page. If there's no obvious
reason, I'll prepare a testcase. Without tables!
Regards,
Georg Datterl

Are you sure your block really is empty? Normally, doing the following
works:
<fo:block id="last-page"/>
