Hi Red Light. The simple answer is: Yes, possible. There are two ways, as far as I can tell. The more elegant way is playing around with border-before/after-width.conditionality="retain". Theoretically that should give you a top- and bottom-border. The second way would be an empty table header and footer with no data but a border.
