Hi Chen, It seems like there's a known bug with the RTF format, it doesn't seem to print the page breaks, you can see this in Bugzilla bug #42600 (https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=42600). There is a patch associated with this bug but from the looks of it, it requires approval.
