Change Colorspace to CMYK

Hi,

i'm trying to change the colorspace of my PDFs to CMYK but don't  know 
exactly how to do it.
In the "Special Settings for the PDF Renderer" i read about the 
<output-profile>-Tag but i don't know where
to get an *.icc-File or is there a way to use CMYK without specifiying 
the <output-profile>.

Or is there a way to set the colorspace programmatically with the 
fop-Factory?
