No, the version is 1.0, but looks like I found what the issue is.
I show PDF in an IFRAME in IE, looks like it is IE who truncates the
image... It actually truncates the bottom of PDF file. Nevertheless,
interesting thing is if I play with image margins, I can get not truncated
PDF. Another option is if I set IFRAME height to 96% (not to 100%, like I do
now), then it also works fine, no matter what the image margins are. I'm not
sure though is this is going to work fine for any monitor
sizes/resolutions... But this questions is not for FOP experts, I guess ;)
