I would guess you have the foreman puppet db plugin installed. *Error: *Failed to deactiate node <hostname> in PuppetDB: Permission denied - connect(2) for "localhost" port 8081 I cleared out the actual hostname in the error above. Also, note there is a typo in the response. It should be deactivate. I can file a bug report on the typo unless that has already been fixed in a newer release. PuppetDB is not installed on the system and from all the docs I have seen; Foreman does not 'work' with PuppetDB. However when I go through the menus I find two options under the Monitor menu.
