Certainly, remote help is a useful software component. Probably you don't want to package the authentication information itself. If it's not really general, you could put it in your own repository. That's not really that hard to host. If it's general, then it would make sense to add it to foresight as long as it is open source, and it could be in extra packages and thus updated as part of updateall.
