update:
Can add that this issue isn't in foresighters repo. Goes real fast to
commit a package. So far it's only related in fl:2-devel main repo.
for foresighters repo, it went fast (normal) to update a package.
Committing recipe went fast from my computer, rmake machine went fast to
commit the built package.

It takes a long time to commit it, it stays with message:
*Updating list of latest versions: (1 of 1)...*
And it was done 16:19
7 minutes like that, went faster to locally build the pakage :)
Can probably see better timestamps in logs.
