Just wanted to let you know that I have definitely reproduced this. That it's not happening with foresighters (sqlite) but is with foresight (postgres) led me to look at the postgres server, but nothing obvious so far.
It will be interesting to see whether this hits the F20 import; that is, whether it's specific to one database on the postgres server or not.
