Yes, at least if you want to import a whole repository.  For public
packages (as in your olpc example) it would make sense to have a
separate flnx.org repository for that, and to use the foresight
infrastructure for it.

You would set up mirrorball configuration to automate it, and
helping you get that set up so that you could run it would be an
excellent way to expand the people who know how to use mirrorball
and make this not be the work of a few poeple who know how to
use it now... :-)
